What are your goals for OA Week 2013?

I am a associate for the IFLA-Leaders Programme, The programme is specifically designed to provide leadership development within IFLA, and through that create a cohort of leaders who can effectively represent the wider library sector in the international arena. The programme will complement existing organisational and sector based leadership programmes, by providing opportunities within the IFLA framework. This a 2 years starting 2012 -2014 in which one of my project is Open Access. To advocate for OA is a huge challenge here in Micronesia and I want to know more ideas that I can use to make people become champions of OA.
