Workshop can be divided in two major parts. First part of workshop concentrates on Open Access events and development in Latvia and world, and discusses Open Access policy presented in the new framework program for research and innovation Horizon 2020. Second part of seminar will concentrate on Open Access publishing in Estonia and Latvia.
