Thanks for your comment. I am currently in the UK but Addis Ababa University is coordinating the Open Access Week in Ethiopia and other universities across the country are joining in. All in all, I see there is a lot of optimism and librarians are keen to act now. We will update you the progress soon via Yohannes and others who are doing the ground work there. May be you will visit Ethiopia one day and give a talk.
