"Sure, but in principle, they could all be mapped to (or around) a circle of latitude 90° N or S, which in this projection would map to a horizontal line (perhaps distorted a little by the weighting algorithm)."

Disseminating local & intnl initiatives for promoting OA as a new std for scholarly communication. It's been a long way since it started and many authors are still not aware of huge progress made. SPARC websites and materials should be of great help. Thanks.
