As of now, the novel research published by reputed journals is not accessible to most of the researchers(to the institutions of Underdeveloped and Developing countries in particular). "I cannot pay to study the research article whose cost is so high, instead of ordering for my reagents". Neither the institutions of third world countries can afford the cost of these journals. Having worked as an Analyst myself, I strongly feel that all the publishing groups across the board should have a common human interest and the principle of universal journalism(to spread news and knowledge which is beneficial to the society) keeping aside their commercial interests.
