Are we Open?  This year the UWI Open Campus Library gladly participates in OA Week 2012 to unearth the views of 'open access' from our primary university stakeholders - the students.  This will take the form of both formal and informal discussions about their perceived 'Openness' and will serve not only as a reinforcer - are we doing 'open' right, but also as a benchmark for us research enthusiasts, on how 'open' we need to be.See More

Students and staff are aware that our online resources are present for research but I don't believe that our resources and capabilities of the systems we use are truly understood by these stakeholders. Help is therefore needed in setting up a platform to highlight that the Open Campus is open access to both staff and resource to the University community.
