The theme of Open Access Week 2023 (October 23-29) is "Community over Commercialization".

In this connection, Dr. S. R. Lasker Library would like to celebrate this week with the following series of programs:

1. Awareness building campaign on "Open Access Publishing Practices" among university community through Dr. S. R. Lasker Library website as well as social media tools.

2. Open Access Knowledge Competition will be organized based on the theme of this year "Community over Commercialization".

3. Promoting the essential benefits of using “Open Educational Resources” to the EWU Faculty members through library social media tools.

4. Discussion on “Opportunities and challenges of open access publishing” for the faculty members, students, and EWU community.
